The modern newly built vacation apartment offers 75 square meters of space for up to 6 people. There are four single beds in the apartment, two of which can be pushed together to form one large bed. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room offers space for two more people. A crib, changing mat and high chair can be borrowed. You can relax on the garden furniture on the balcony.

The non-smoking vacation apartment is accessed via its own entrance and has floor-to-ceiling windows with blinds and a direct view of the TERRA.vita nature park. It has laminate and marble flooring and modern, automatic ventilation. It is suitable for allergy sufferers.

The apartment is quietly located on the edge of a residential area on a field close to the forest. There is direct access to hiking and cycling trails. There is a covered parking area for your bicycles. Freizeitland Hasbergen is only a few minutes' walk away and the Hasbergen natural swimming pool can also be reached quickly. The nearest bus stop with connections to Osnabrück city center is approx. 350 m away, and shopping facilities are just a few minutes' walk away.

The landlords send out a separate rental contract and ask for the rental price to be transferred in advance. Special arrangements can be made for bookings at short notice. The landlord charges cancellation fees (up to the 45th day before departure 50% of the travel price, thereafter 100%) and recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance.
