The grain distillery museum run by the Saerbeck local history association is unique in the Steinfurt district. Since 1992, the association has been running the former Dalmöller grain distillery, which is a listed building and was opened as a museum in 1998 after extensive refurbishment. Under the motto "From grain to grain", the museum combines heritage protection, agricultural history, technical innovation and modern presentation to create a varied experience. Guided tours explain the history of the building and the traditional distilling process.
