Recke
Recke's market square is also called the "good parlour" of Recke. Picturesque half-timbered houses line the market square and are reminiscent of the Tödden. They were itinerant traders in the 17th century. On the market square there are various listening stations where you can listen to the story of the Tödden using your own smartphone.

Arriving by car
Coming from the north/south:
Take the A1 to exit 71 - Autohof.
Turn right onto the L88 in the direction of Osnabrück-Hafen, Westerkappeln, Lotte-Wersen.
Follow the road for approx. 20 kilometres.
Recke is located in the far north of the Münsterland region and can be reached mainly via district and municipal roads.
Coming from the west/east:
Take the A30 motorway
Guests can use the Ibbenbüren or Hörstel exits to get there
Drive via country roads to the centre of Recke
Travelling by bus and train:
The nearest train stations are also in Hörstel and Ibbenbüren. Distance Hörstel approx. 14 kilometres and distance Ibbenbüren approx. 12 kilometres.
Connection to Osnabrück main station via bus line S10.
Parking
Free parking is available directly on the market square.
